The only thing I was disappointed with was the lack of masks, I would have expected a bit more care on this front given we are still in a pandemic, or at least for them to offer to wear masks when we first met and were in close quarters, especially given I was wearing one. There was some last minute confusion about the time the cleaners would arrive but they were in close communication with me at all times which i liked and it got resolved very quickly.
